Le Bénétin in Saint-Malo

"This is a super gourmet restaurant near Saint Malo. I went here two time and I hope to came back another time. The view is fantastic all seasons, the employee are polite and attentive to your needs. The quality of the food is super! The food portions are adeguate. The wine list is very rich and a sommelier suggest you the better wine to your food choose. I recommend booking in advance, in this case I suggest asking a table close the window."

"The restaurant is in a beautiful setting with fantastic views of the surrounding coast. It’s more of a casual dining experience with high end ingredients cooked well. The food was tasty. We had the mackeral starter which was a little disappointing and could do with some refinement. For mains the duck and the lamb. The garnish and vegetables were similar for both all cooked al dente. The lamb was a mix of deliciously cooked shoulder and rack served pink. The fat on the chops needed more rendering but they were still tasty. All in all a good meal with top end pricing. The star of the show was the very large cheese selection. It needs some accompaniments like nuts or fruit with the chutneys to improve it."

"Enjoyed my fish - perfectly done with nice veggie blend and presentation. Mathew was very helpful. The view is wonderful. Though we ate inside - the terrace is very inviting. Their “famous” soufflé desert was subtle , delicate and delicious. Le Benetin is a nice experience and worth the drive."

"Fantastic place great view and service. make sure you reserve. My favourite server was Salome with her genuine smile. Great wine selection. The veal chop was so tender it melted in your mouth. Had the scissor clams which were overpowered by the bacon flavour but my fish (Bar) was perfectly cooked and loved the wild asparagus! Wasn't a big fan of the Grand Marnier souflé which looked more impressive than the bland egg custard it tasted like... their chocolate deserts were excellent."
